Earth Right Now is a live, interactive 3D globe built from data that’s updating in real time: aircraft in the air right now, active earthquakes, weather systems, wildfires, satellites in orbit, cities lighting up, airports handling traffic.
Spin it, zoom into a region, and watch the planet’s actual pulse instead of a simulation of one. It’s the same data underneath a flight tracker or a seismograph, just pulled into one view instead of scattered across a dozen sites.
I find it strangely calming to just sit and watch it move. There’s a lot going on down here at any given moment, and most of it never makes the news.
