HooBoy!
HooBoy! is a directory, but not the kind the internet is full of. It’s human-curated, opinionated on purpose, and every entry is readable in raw HTML, no tracking scripts slowing it down and no algorithm deciding what you see first.
I’ve been online long enough to remember when a good directory was how you found anything at all, back before search engines did the sorting for you and before the sorting started serving someone else’s interests instead of yours.
This is my attempt at bringing a little of that back: a list of sites worth your actual time, chosen by an actual person.
