You’re Early Again is a song about six technology waves and the people who convinced themselves they’d missed every single one of them. I wrote it because that feeling, that you got here too late to matter, is the most common thing I hear from audiences before a keynote, and it’s almost never true.
The video is the part that still surprises people when I tell them: the whole thing, concept through final edit, came together in under eight hours using ChatGPT, Sora, Revid, and Filmora. Not a polished six-month production. A single working day.
That turnaround is kind of the argument the song is making, if you think about it. Rock on.
